Campaign Rally Day 1 Ames, Iowa Topic: Environment Target: D/I
Ladies and Gentlemen, I come to you today to speak about a very important issue - our environment. The Republicans would have us believe that Global Warming is a figment of our imaginations. Scientist from around the world may disagree to the causes but they all agree that our planet is getting warmer.
I have long been outspoken for environmental issues but with the Republicans controlling the White House and the House of Representatives, little has been done. Global warming is a serious issue. It is time for the America to lead the way in the area of renewable energy. I will be an advocate for research and development programs that will lower our dependency on oil, capturing carbon dioxide from coal-burning power plants and creating "green" jobs.
If elected, I will propose tax incentives that encourage energy companies to retrofit coal-burning power plants with carbon dioxide capturing technology. I will also propose tax incentives for businesses that engage in research and development in the areas of solar, wind and other forms of renewable energy. Right here in Iowa, we have a great opportunity to help the local farmers and combat global warming by promoting corn ethanol production. Together we can change the atmosphere in Washington. Together we can put the environment first. Together we can help farmers. Together we can lower our dependence on foreign oil. Together we can secure America’s future.
For the everyday citizen of the great country I propose tax incentives for homeowners to make their houses more energy efficient and for those who purchase automobiles that use dual fuel, electric or other renewable energy sources.
I can't do this alone. I need your help. I need you to volunteer your time and money for this campaign. Together we can build an America into a beacon of clean energy that illuminates the way for the rest of the World.
Campaign Rally 2 Day 1 Des Moines, Iowa Topic: Education Target: D/I
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Today I come to you to speak about one of the most important issues to all people of the United States - education. Education is an issue that all families are concerned about no matter what their background or economic status.
As President, I will make a commitment to provide world class education for our children. Researchers have said that one way to increase student success in the classroom is to institute a Pre-K program. I propose such a program. The JumpStart Program will be made available to all children at the age of 4. Georgia has funded such a program and test scores have improved for their students every year since the creation of such a program.
No Child Left Behind is not working. Do we need accountability for teachers? YES. Do we need to ensure that all students are meeting basic standards? YES. Do we need to help local governments build and maintain safe building for our children? YES. Well, you’re probably sitting there wondering why No Child Left Behind isn’t working since those are the goals of the program. It isn’t working ladies and gentlemen because the Republican President that introduced this program promised full funding for the program. Instead Washington has dumped the cost of this program onto state and local governments. We need to fully fund this program or it will never work.
I am also committed to expanding access to higher education to all students regardless of income. I plan to simplify the higher education tax credits into one easy to claim credit. Depending on the income level of the parent or parents of the student, the parents will be able to claim between 20 and 30 percent of the student's tuition as a tax break as long as the student attends an accredited college. With the current rise in tuition cost and the stagnate economy that is facing all families this is a sensible approach to ensure that all children will be able to attend college.
Together we can ensure that our students will be able to compete in this global economy. Together we can ensure that all children no matter what their economic or racial background will get a world class education. Together we change our education system so that it works for our children.
Campaign Rally 3 Day 1 Cedar Rapids, Iowa Topic: Military Readiness Target: D/I/R
It is the duty of the President, and it will be my priority and a daily task of mine to do all that I can to protect the American people. In order to do this task we need a commander-in-chief that is prepared and has the leadership to do just that. We need results and proactive actions that show the world that we will protect our citizens and we will lead in this War on Terror. And together we can stand up to terrorists, reopen diplomatic channels and spread democracy across this world.
Our troops are exhausted. We have rotated them in and out of Iraq and Afghanistan so much that their readiness has plummeted. I have introduced a bill in the Senate that would add two fully equipped divisions to the US Army. I will continue to work to support our brave troops as they fight terrorism abroad.
Today we have been in Iraq for 4 years. We have been provided no exit strategy by our current Commander-in-Chief. It will be a priority of mine on the first day of office to order the Pentagon to put together a plan to begin the withdrawal of American troops from Iraq. I will do this in conjunction with an order to the Secretary of State to develop a plan to move the political process in Iraq forward. The American people are tired of this ongoing war and I hear you loud and clear but we must withdraw from Iraq in a responsible way. We must be sure that we can protect the troops that will be the last to pull out.
Together we can regain our respect internationally. Together we can equip our military. Together we can fight terrorism.
Campaign Rally 4 Day 1 Sioux City, Iowa Topic: Oil Dependency Target: D/I
With gas prices soaring past what most of us can afford, Washington has decided to ignore the root of the problem: our dependence on oil. Instead they call for drilling on our backyards and sucking up to hostile nations around the globe.
I want this nation to invest heavily in our nation future by helping communities and businesses around our nation purchase alternative energy sources, making drastic changes to where our electric power comes from and how we power our cars.
In the United States Senate, I proposed a bill that will move America toward green energy and away from our dependency on foreign oil. That's a record of ideas that America needs from its leaders and that's what you'll get when I'm President.
The choice is clear: clean air or more hot air?
Campaign Rally 5 Day 1 Manchester, NH Topic: Personal Freedoms Target: D/I
Why is it that when we hear our national leaders talk about national security, it is usually to talk about ways to ignore or dismantle the Constitution? Why is it that so many of our national leaders fail to see that it is from that sacred document that we define who we are as a people and that without it, we cease to be the nation that so many have bled and died for?
Without the Constitution, no American is secure. You cannot make us safer by making us less free. You cannot protect the nation by destroying its very foundation.
I want to be President because I have seen far too many Washington politicians betray their duty to protect and defend that document and I, for one, refuse to sit on the sidelines. As your President, I will uphold my duty to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
Campaign Rally 6 Day 1 Portsmouth, New Hampshire Topic: Education Target: D/I/R
Many underprivileged students fall behind in classes and into a life of crime because their time after school is spent in the streets rather than on homework or in an adult-supervised setting.
My Republicans' answer to this problem is longer prison sentences, but I believe it's essential that we find ways to provide these children and teenagers with after school programs that keep them away from crime and drugs.
When it comes to keeping our children off the streets, we should be investing in schools, not in prisons.
By developing a program that works hand-in-hand with local schools, I will make sure that children in America's low-income school districts have the same quality of after-school programs and supervision as children in families with greater financial resources by providing money to the Department of Education to provide to school districts in the form of grants.
Together we can provide a world class education to our children. Together we can reduce crime. Together we can deliver a new day for America.
Campaign Rally 7 Day 1 Aiken, SC Topic: American Spirit Target: D/I/R
I believe in the power of everyday heroes.
The folks that wakeup early every morning and wear their blue collars to a thankless job for very little pay are my heroes.
The folks that put on badges, brandish guns, and patrol our streets are my heroes.
I believe in the power of hard work and sacrifice to lift any American out of poverty to achieve whatever dream they have for themselves.
I believe that our Creator blessed us with the power to remake this world and I believe that that power is a gift that must be used responsibly.
These are the things I believe in. These are the things that give me hope that America's brightest days are ahead of it, but we must have a leader willing to embrace that vision and hope for tomorrow. That is why I want to be your President.

December Day 2 Campaign Rally 1 Des Moines, Iowa at an Ethanol processing plant Target: D/I/R Topic: Ethanol
Take a look at the plant behind me. It is a plant that turns corn and various other produce grown right here in Iowa and across the country into ethanol. Ethanol presents real benefits to America.
It means a cleaner environment -- ethanol releases less emissions than gasoline and far less carbon dioxide.
It means an end to oil dependency -- America imports half of its oil, much of it from hostile Middle-Eastern nations. Ethanol is produced here in America. I prefer my fuel to come from Iowa, not Saudi Arabia.
But it also means economic growth. Not just growth and prosperity for the farmers who grow the corn to make the ethanol, but for places like Des Moines, which hold ethanol processing plants. The ACE plant behind me employs hundreds of people with well-paying jobs and benefits. It will mean a boon to the local economy and a boon to local families. Now imagine this across America. Imagine cities just like Des Moines with more jobs, more growth, and more opportunity -- imagine the prosperity that ethanol could bring this country.
We can accomplish that. As President, I will push for measures that will allow every gas station in the country to construct ethanol pumps. We're going to expand the FFV credit for flex-fuel vehicles, create a strong incentives program to install ethanol pumps, and create a National Strategic Ethanol Reserve.
Together we can grow jobs. Together we can reduce our oil dependency. Together we can create a new American century!
December Day 2 Campaign Rally 2 Waterloo, Iowa Target: D/I Topic: Education Pre-K
It's a real pleasure to be in Davenport today, and the great state of Iowa. Iowa's known for being a great place to go to school. It gives me a lot of hope when I see that the vast majority of Iowa's students will graduate from high school, and some 64% will go on to college or university. That's really encouraging, and it goes to show that Iowa's done well for itself.
It's done well for itself without the help of the Federal government, but for programs like pre-K education, even Iowa needs the help of Washington. It just doesn't have the resources to manage it on it's own. And so the Federal government sets up Head Start to give kids a better chance to succeed in later grades. The problem is that we don't fund Head Start properly, so it doesn't meet its goal.
I'm working to change that. That's why I've fought for pre-K education, and that's why, as President, with my JumpStart program, I guarantee that every child will have at least one year of early education. By meeting our commitment to give our kids a head start in life, we're securing better results in later grades, and a more educated populace for the coming decades.
Together we can create an environment that leads to educational success. Together we can move America to the top of the class in the industrialized world. Together we can create a new American century.
December Day 2 Campaign Rally 3 Dubuque, Iowa Target: D/I Topic: Agriculture
Iowa is the largest corn growing state in America. Iowa corn growers produce some 1.5 billion bushels of corn every year. In spite of this, year after year, more family farms are put out of business. More and more decent, hard-working Americans are losing farms that have been passed down from generation to generation. We do what we can by helping them compete with improved technologies, and financial assistance when times get tough. But it's gotten to the point where farmers can't even rely on this anymore -- President Bush's budget slashed money for farmers across the country, and Iowa is already feeling it. I would not have submitted that budget and I can guarantee that I am against gutting assistance to Iowa farmers!
Economic times may dictate that we can't rely on financial assistance forever. That is why we must also need to find new markets for farmers abroad and right here at home. The market at home is the production of ethanol. Already, Iowa produces a majority of the ethanol produced in the United States. Ethanol brings more billions of dollars into the state -- that translates into tens of thousands of jobs. Ethanol is already working for Iowa, and it will continue to work for Iowa in the future.
I say it's time we make an investment in that future. We need to put an ethanol pump at every gas station in the country by 2020. We need to make sure that consumers have the choice to buy ethanol, and that farmers can tap in to the vast, untapped ethanol market. We must also negotiate with countries abroad to lower tariffs on food products shipped from the United States. We need to fight for a fair playing field. These two initiatives will bring prosperity back to the American farmer and back to Dubuque!
Together we can strengthen the American farmer! Together we can create fair markets overseas! Together we can create a cleaner environment! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 2 Campaign Rally 4 Columbia, SC Target: D/I Topic: Leadership
I have spent several hours today walking around this beautiful city and talking to some of our campaign volunteers. I have talked to many people and one of the things that has immensely touched me was the sense, in the faces of all I spoke to, whether young or old, whether Democrat, Independent or Republican... of hope. A sense that we deserve better than we have gotten from the Bush Administration... that we deserve better leadership, better government, a better economy... a better America.
I am running to give a voice to the people, to the Americans disillusioned by the current leadership and yearning for government that listens, for government that fulfills its duty- to care for its people, for a government that strengthens the bonds between our allies, for a government that is pro-active instead of reactive.
Today we are faced with a stagnate economy, high gas prices, people losing their homes, and the ongoing war against terror. We need a new vision for America and I have that vision. I have a vision of an America that is creating jobs, a vision of an America that has a strong education system, a vision of an America that brings tax cuts to the middle class, a vision of an America that values the working people of this nation.
Together we can build that America! Together we can get America moving forward again! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 2 Campaign Rally 5 Clemson, SC (Clemson University) Target: D/I/R Topic: Education
A great education is the gateway to success, it is the gateway to opportunity and accessibility. Every child should have the opportunity to receive a world class education, and the ability to attend college if they wish to like you here today at Clemson. We must properly educate our children so that they can compete in this global economy and lead our country down a path of innovation and new technology for the future. A future that is bright for you. I will work to improve standards within our public schools and decrease the number of students in each class. I will demand accountability and improvement as well as provide additional funding to make our schools better for every child no matter what race, social standing or climate that they live.
This is one of America's great universities. My hope for America is that every child who wishes to attend a great university will have that opportunity. I propose to increase the tax credits that parents can take to offset the high rising cost of tuition. We live in the richest country and money should not be the road block that keeps a young person from attending college.
Together we can build a bright future for America! Together we can have the best educational system in the world! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 2 Campaign Rally 6 Charleston, SC Target: D/I/R Topic: Fair Trade
One of the largest reasons that American jobs are being exported left, right, and center is because we haven’t been thinking about American workers when we sign trade deals – we’ve been putting profits ahead of people, and that’s not responsible government. I've said again and again that what America needs is fair trade. Fair trade means signing trade agreements that work for America. It means that when our trade negotiators sit down to hammer out a treaty, they have one thing in mind: our national interest. When we sign trade deals, I don't want to bring ideology into the picture -- we should be thinking about things like jobs, and wages right here at home. What will be best for the American people, and American workers -- that's my trade policy. That's fair trade.
But fair trade alone won’t solve our outsourcing problem. We also need aggressive re-training programs for workers displaced by trade. I will put forth legislation that provides local governments the resources needed to guarantee that Americans whose jobs have been outsourced can go back to school to get training that will lead to new and better jobs. South Carolina knows better than anyone that what we need more than anything right now is decent jobs for hard-working Americans.
Together we can build a strong American economy! Together we can create a fair trade policy that protects the American worker! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 2 Campaign Rally 7 Londonderry, NH Target: D/I Topic: Global Warming
We've seen alot of amazing and horrifying things in the past one hundred years. We've seen the first atomic bombs used on people and the fall of the Berlin Wall. We've seen genocide in Europe and Africa. But there isn't anything that scares me more than seeing a chunk of Antarctica fall off into the ocean and start flooding across the globe. Global warming is the biggest threat to our nation since Communism.
To fight global warming it is going to take tax incentives to create a green infrastructure, its going to mean laying down the law with corporations who pollute our air and water, it's going to mean a fundamental change in our beliefs in Washington and it's going to take a new mindset for the American people. Our children depend on us to set an example for how the world is supposed to work and I don't think they'd like it if we destroy the only planet we've got before they're old enough to enjoy it.
The fiasco that is the Bush administration has presided over is inexcusable. Our country has to begin setting out and laying plans that are going to help slow down and stop global warming, but we can't do that without the right kind of leader. Pretty soon, New Hampshire is going to have a primary to decide who the Democratic nominee will be. You're going to have a tough decision to make, but if you care about what kind of world we leave to our children...you'll vote for someone who's been speaking out against global warming for a long time, you'll vote for someone who has the capability to change our course and get things back on track, you'll vote for someone with a realistic plan to begin the march to a greener economy. You'll vote for Lance Lillidge.
Together we can build the infrastructure needed. Together we can lead the world to fight global warming! Together we can build a greener tomorrow! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 2 Campaign Rally 8 Nashua, NH Target: D/I Topic: Foreign Policy
Let's take a look at the world today. North Korea is run by a dictator and may have nuclear weapons. Darfur is run by a government that is decidedly anti-American and has little to no regard for human rights and liberty as evidenced by the continuing genocide. Afghanistan is still a bastion of terrorism and a safe-haven for radical Islamics.
Why are these hot spots still a concern to national security? I'll tell you why -- the failed policies of the Bush administration have cost us our strength and influence abroad!
We need a foreign policy that recognizes that America can't drop bombs on a country and then say "mission accomplished." When we go into a country, we have to make sure that we go in as a last resort after having exhausted all diplomatic channels. If we ever have to send our military into harms way, it's absolutely essential that we go into action with a clear mission, a clear strategy and a clear way out. We haven't gotten the job done in Iraq or in Afghanistan, and we can't afford four more years of unfinished missions around the world.
I have stood -- I have always stood -- for a foreign policy of strength, but also of multilateralism. I've stood for moral clarity and human rights, and I've stood for confronting tyrants around the world. We cannot allow America's strength to fade as it has been; it's time for us to renew our strength abroad, renew our leadership abroad, and create a New American Century!

December Day 3 Campaign Rally 1 Las Vegas, NV Speaking to American Hotel Labor Association Topic: Unions Target: Union Employees
Thank you for inviting me here today to speak to you about jobs in America.
We have some problems in America when it comes to jobs for working Americans. What are they you ask? The Bush Administration and the Republican Party has outsourced jobs by the millions, corportations deny fair wages and benefits to companies, unions are being weakened and we are not re-training the people who have lost jobs.
These problems are difficult ones but ones that can be eliminated with strong leadership in Washington. Strong leadership that I can bring.
Today I want to talk to you about what we can do to strengthen our unions. As I mentioned earlier, corporations in America are only interested in the bottom line. They only have one group of people in mind when making policy and that is their share holders. They’ve failed to realize that good businesses must also be good citizens.
Today in America, forty-seven percent of hotel workers earned less than the federal poverty level in 2000. Today in America, maids/housekeepers, restaurant hosts/hostesses, dining room attendants, waiters/waitresses, bartenders and food preparation workers comprise six of the lowest 25 paying occupations. These 24/7 jobs are repetitious, physically demanding and too often thankless.
Democrats have been working hard to help working Americans and their families secure a better future, and we're making progress, but our work isn't done Now it's time to help workers by ensuring that their voices are heard in the workplace --
Voices for better benefits, Voices for better wages, Voices for better health care, And voices for better pensions.
Unfortunately, today, in too many workplaces, workers who try to exercise their legal rights are blocked by an unbalanced system that can trap them in unacceptable working conditions.
It's time for our leaders to stand with our nation's workers and give them their voice back by strengthening protections for workers to freely choose to join a union and that is what I will get done once I am elected.
Our nation's greatest assets are our people. American workers drive our economy. Their determination for a better future bolsters our nation's prosperity. That's why I was so concerned to learn that workers feel the "American Dream" is slipping away from them. According to a poll conducted earlier this year by the Change to Win Federation, 82 percent of those surveyed said that they believe "working families are falling behind."
But unions can make a positive difference. Unions allow workers to collectively express their voices to employers on working conditions, healthcare, pensions, and other benefits. And the benefits lead to better lives for working Americans. Women who belong to a union earn 31% more than women workers who are not union members. That's an extra $179 a week, and $9,300 more every year. Workers who are union members are twice as likely to have employer health coverage. Union families that pay insurance premiums for their coverage pay 36% less than their counterparts, saving them almost $1,300 a year.
My plan would allow employees who want to organize can do so without interference and ensures there's time for reasonable negotiations, but it does not allow one side to act in bad faith and string employees along in a never-ending process that's designed to block their ability to self-organize.
We need strong unions to help American workers move forward in this new century. Together we can build strong unions that work for America. Together we can create better wages and benefits for hard working citizens. Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 3 Campaign Rally 2 Reno, NV Topic: Crime Target: D/I/R
America needs a leader that will tackle crime head on. This Republican Administration has put the home-front on the back burner for too long. Crime is increasing, jobs are decreasing and Americans are concerned.
My strategy not only will fight crime, but the roots and causes of crime as well. My crime strategy won't just put people behind bars, it will provide rehabilitation for the addicted, opportunity for the poor and end the alienation of our youth. We can take real steps and measures to fight crime with a strategy that works. We look at the plan in Washington and we see no measures being taken on crime - the status-quo is not the answer, real action for our citizens is the answer. I will act for all citizens and stand tall to fight crime. We need to increase neighborhood patrols, we need to rehabilitate drug users do that the prison door doesn't become a revolving door, we need to build more prisons to guarantee that the criminal will do their time.
Many American cities have strong solutions to their crime problem- let's work with work with our regional and civic governments to implement the strategies that work for your communities. We can accomplish things together and America will be stronger. Under my leadership we will achieve a dream of cracking down on crime to protect your safety.
Together we can build a safer America. Together we can build a more compassionate America. Together we can build the New American Century!
December Day 3 Campaign Rally 3 Mason City, Iowa Topic: Small Business Target: D/I/R
You can't have a dynamic, expanding economy with full employment unless you help out small business and give a hand-up to entrepreneurs. Small business employs over half of all workers in the service sector, and entrepreneurs who start small business help drive our economy and keep it competitive. We can never forget that, and I haven't.
I will fight for legislation to give entrepreneurs the hand-up they need to grow their business. We need to expand microloans for small business in our cities, help entrepreneurs and bootstrappers work through red tape, rather than struggling against it, and ensure that growth translates into jobs for the community. Washington's neglected the American economy. We've neglected small businesses, and we've neglected entrepreneurs. I say no more! It's high time we started fixing our economy, and that starts by invigorating small business growth to create jobs -- we can't do it with the same tired policies of yesterday. Full employment, a hand up for entrepreneurs, and small business growth -- I'm the candidate to take us there, and I'm the candidate to put the economy back on track!
Together we can build a strong tomorrow! Together we can put people back to work! Together we can build the New American Century!
December Day 3 Campaign Rally 4 Cedar Falls, Iowa Topic: Education Target: D/I/R
Make no mistake about it, ladies and gentlemen, from coast to coast there is an education crisis -- our kids aren't learning.
We can fix it, though. We have that opportunity; that ability. We can reduce classroom sizes, create a national pre-k program that I call JumpStart, and we can fill our classrooms with things that students need to compete in this century, like computers. All children should have the chance to achieve the greatest heights of scholarship and learning.
Fundamental to the American Dream is the principle that whoever you are, wherever you're from, regardless of your background, you can make it in America. We teach our kids that they can be someone. We teach them that education will allow for that. Maybe you're in a bad economic situation now, but if you go to school, if you study hard, if you choose to do the right thing then you have the opportunity to improve that situation in our country. The American Dream is a social contract, and our end of the bargain says that we give students the best education possible -- we aren't living up to our promise. We can do better, and we must do better, and we will do better, and the hard task of fixing our schools starts today!
Together we can build successful schools! Together we can keep the promise of the American Dream! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 3 Campaign Rally 5 Iowa City, Iowa Topic: Ethanol Target: D/I/R
Ethanol and renewable energy is America's future. Our future isn't oil. It can't be if we are serious about combating global warming and if we want a more secure America.
We can't continue to rely on oil from the Middle East, because that region isn't stable, and it isn't friendly. Our energy should come from home, not from hostile foreign governments and rogue states. We import two-thirds of our oil as it is, and so we're hostage to the whims of OPEC and rogue nations. I say it's time to end our dependence on oil -- we need to make America energy independent, and we can do it with ethanol and other renewable fuels!
Ethanol means a more secure America.
Ethanol means a cleaner America.
And ethanol means a more prosperous America, and a more prosperous Iowa!
I'm proud to stand here and call for an ethanol revolution! We need to change from an oil-economy to a green-economy, and I'm the candidate with the plan to do it. An ethanol pump at every gas station by 2020, expanded Flex Fuel Vehicle credits for consumers, and a Nation Strategic Ethanol Reserve. It's time for an ethanol revolution.
Together we can become energy independent! Together we can build a green economy! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 3 Campaign Rally 6 Sioux City, Iowa Topic: Taxes Target: D/I/R
It’s a sad day in American history when you, the every day citizen, pays more than your fair share out of your pocket in taxes at the end of the day than ever before. It’s important that you, the people who work hard and strive everyday to move our economy forward, keep more of your money so that you can save for a rainy day or improve your lifestyle today…and you surely cannot do those things with the taxes you pay. That's why I'm opposed to cutting taxes for the top earners in our country and that's why I'm for cutting taxes for the average American.
I believe that our country is in desperate straights right now, folks. We've got the richest one percent of the population owning more and more of the wealth in this country...and they're not giving anything near enough back to the society that benefits them so much. We've got people living in some of the biggest and richest cities in this nation...but they're holding down two jobs and struggling to make their house payments! America has got to change. Your government is supposed to be working for your interests, not against them...but the Bush White House and his Republican cronies in Congress have been hitting the average American more and more while they let their corporate friends get off the hook.
We can't have someone in the White House who's going to cut taxes for the rich and stand by and let everyone else foot the bill. You've got to go to the polls and show the rest of the country that you're not going to stand for the injustice of the Bush presidency. Lets get out there and make America whole again!
Together we can rebuild America's middle class! Together we can bolster our families! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 3 Campaign Rally 7 Rochester, NH Topic: Made in America! Target: D/I
I remember when the term, "Made in America" meant something special; back before our jobs began heading oversees. Too many of our children are going to wake up in ten years and realize that there aren't any places to work that will really excite them...that will really stimulate them...all those jobs will be in India or China. Our country is experiencing a big loss of well paying jobs This has to stop. America needs a revitalization of its technology and industry sectors; we need to work together to make sure that these jobs and businesses are going to stay here where they'll do the most good. America has to stop shipping its jobs overseas.
We have to start thinking about the future and what kind of work our children will be able to get. We have to start today to change the course we're on and it has to begin with choosing the right candidate for President. Folks, I am that candidate. I want to keep our high tech jobs here, in America. I'm also proposing that we provide grants to our universities to create degree programs specializing in gree technology.
Lets choose the right candidate and lets make "Made in America" mean something again!
Together we can rebuild the American Dream! Together we can secure our childrens future! Together we can build a New American Century!
December Day 3 Campaign Rally 8 Concord, NH Topic: Health Insurance Target: D/I
Despite medical abundance, healthcare is too often meager because of the irrationality of the present health care system. Over 47 million Americans have no health insurance whatsoever, including 33% of Hispanics, 21% of African-Americans and Asians, and 11% of Whites. Many more - perhaps most of us - are underinsured. The world’s richest health care system is unable to assure such basics as prenatal care and immunizations, and we trail most of the developed world on such indicators as infant mortality and life expectancy. Even the well-insured may find care compromised when HMOs deny them expensive medications and therapies. For patients, fear of financial ruin often amplifies the misfortune of illness.
This is why, as President of the United States, I will push forward my plan, American Healthcare Choices. My plan would make health care affordable, unlike the current health system where insurance premiums send people into bankruptcy, the plan provides tax credits for working families to help them cover their costs. The tax credits will ensure that working families never have to pay more than a limited percentage of their income for health care. It provides you with choices. If you have a plan you like, you keep it. If you want to change plans or aren't currently covered, you can choose from dozens of the same plans available to members of Congress, or you can opt into a public plan option like Medicare.
This plan is good for small businesses. Small businesses are the engine of new job growth in the U.S. economy but face bigger challenges when it comes to providing health care for their employees. My plan would give tax credits to small businesses that provide health care to their workers to help defray their coverage costs. This will make small businesses more competitive and help create good jobs with health benefits that will stay here in the U.S.
Together we can build a health care program that benefits all Americans! Together we can build a more productive work force! Together we can build a New American Century!

Graded. You charged yourself too much for TV ads, they're only $350,000. You'll want to recalculate. You can also only buy staff up to 35. I added 10 in SC for $20,000
